the above flow diagram shows the website methodology that is used at cwmills. each stage is essential to the success of a website and including the client at key stages, for sign off and review, allows the designers and developers to produce high quality websites but also meet launch deadlines.

a content management system (cms) is a web application that allows a user to manage a website's content. copy, images, news articles, downloads and more can be added, edited or manipulated whenever the need arises. this allows a website to be kept up-to-date as events develop.
the above flow diagram shows the methodology that is employed when designing, building and launching a cms. it is important that a cms is intuitive to use because they are usually operated by computer users with little knowledge of computer systems. therefore, usability diagrams are presented to the client in order to agree on how the application will built and eventually operated. once the client is happy with the cms design and has completed a simple training session we launch the cms allowing a client to maintain their website in real time.
